We are taking the CDC precautions to ensure that our staff and our clients' mail is safe. If the USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL are operating Texas Home Base will continue to receive, process, and forward our clients' mail. If one of our staff members were to test positive for the COVID-19 virus, Texas Home Base would continue to receive mail. However, we will immediately stop processing mail and will halt operations until the threat of infection has passed.

Texas Home Base continues to handle Covid-19 crisis as directed
WICHITA FALLS, TX – Texas Home Base is working with the rest of the state to reach a common goal: doing our part to keep everyone safe. We hope that by doing so, we can help make 2021 a better year for our nation.
The staff at Texas Home Base continues to have good health, following the guidelines and precautions as directed by the city governor and leaders. Employee temperatures are checked daily and surfaces are disinfected regularly, particularly after a client has collected mail.
Texas Home Base has been a family owned and operated business since November 2002. We have grown consistently to serve over 1,000 clients and take pride in giving them personal service. When greeting a client, our staff members wear masks. However, our clients are not required to wear a mask upon entering, as we trust they are responsible and informed people who will do what is best for themselves and others.
Texas Home Base is open and we welcome our clients to come by our offices. Much of our business is accomplished via the internet, which is very convenient in these trying times, but we love to connect with our clients personally. If you are in Wichita Falls or passing through North Texas, we hope that you will come by, pick up your mail, and meet our team.
