SCANNED MAIL ON HOLD
Texas Home Base agrees to hold up to 50 pieces of mail per client
To check your mail on hold:
DIGITAL MAILBOX: Click on the CLICK FOR HELD MAIL button on the homepage
EMAILED SCANNING: Email Julie at julie@texashomebase.com
Once you have reached the 50 or more documents threshold, Texas Home Base will email for Forward or Shred instructions.
If no instructions are received within 30 days, Texas Home Base will shred and delete the oldest documents until 50 are left in folder.
