Our mail scanning services are separated into 2 options. We’ve listed the main differences below:

Digital Mailbox Emailed Scanning
1. Mail is stored in an online account 1. Mail is sent as attachments via email
2. You will receive a username and password 2. No username or password will be sent 
3. Documents are uploaded once a week  3. Documents are emailed once a week
4. You will receive weekly notifications 4. Use your personal email address
5. Send instructions from within account 5. Send instructions as a reply to the weekly email
