MAIL FORWARDING: MAIL ON HOLD
Mail can be held at any time for any length of time at no extra charge
Clients can give a forwarding address no more than 3 days in advance
It is the client’s responsibility to know when mail is held or not held, but can check on mail by emailing the shipping department at aaron@texashomebase.com or by calling (866) 766-2095.
MAIL SCANNING: MAIL ON HOLD
Texas Home Base will hold up to 50 pieces of mail in the HOLD folder
To check your mail on hold:
DIGITAL MAILBOX: Click on bolded word HOLD on homepage
EMAILED SCANNING: Email Julie at julie@texashomebase.com
Once your HOLD folder reaches 50 or more documents, Texas Home Base will email for Forward or Shred instructions.
If no instructions are received within 30 days, Texas Home Base will shred and delete the oldest documents until 50 are left in folder.
