POSTAGE ACCOUNT VS NO POSTAGE ACCOUNT
Our scanning clients* have the option to keep a postage account balance or to be charged per shipment.
If you choose to add money to your account for postage, we will charge your balance what we are charged from USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL with no added fees.
If you choose to be charged per shipment, we will charge your card what we are charged from USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL plus a 5% processing fee.
*This is not an option for our mail forwarding clients. All mail forwarding clients will need to set up a postage account at the beginning of their service and will need to keep the balance above $0.
