UPLOAD TROUBLESHOOTING
If you are trying to upload your JPG files and having issues, the JPG name on your file may be capitalized instead of lowercase. We are working with our webmaster to fix this issue, but until then please take the following steps –
On your “File Explorer” make sure you are on the “View” tab and click the “Options” button :
The “Folder Options” window will open:
Click on the “View” tab, find the “Hide extensions for known file types” options and click the checkbox to delete the checkmark then click “Apply”:
After the “Folder Options” window closes, right click on your image and click “Rename”:
If your image has jpg written in all CAPS, highlight “JPG” and rename to “jpg” (all lowercase):
If you are still having trouble uploading your documents after these using instructions, please email your images to us at accounts@texashomebase.com.
