USPS First Class does not have a tracking number. We can’t track the envelope once it leaves our offices. It could take as long as two weeks to reach its destination. The cost to use First Class is minimal, depending on the weight and destination of the envelope. Texas Home Base is not responsible for the piece once it leaves our offices.
USPS Priority Mail has a tracking number. We can track the envelope/package once it leaves our offices thorough the USPS website. Priority usually takes 2 to 3 days, depending on the destination. The cost of a Priority Flat Rate envelope is $5.95 at this time. We can ship up to 2 pounds of regular sized envelopes and magazine size pieces in this envelope. Once the Priority envelope/package leaves our offices Texas Home Base is not responsible for the piece.
USPS Express Mail has a tracking number. We can track it through the USPS website once it leaves our offices. USPS Express delivers in 1 to 2 days for delivery, depending on the destination. A USPS Express Flat rate envelope cost $21.18 at this time. There are certain places in the USA that do not have Express delivery service. Texas Home Base is not responsible for the piece once it leaves our offices.
Fed Ex offers several choices of services. There is a tracking number with each of these services. Fed Ex Overnight will be delivered the next day. Fed Ex 2nd day will take two days for delivery. Fed Ex offers a Saturday delivery for an extra cost. Fed Ex also offers a ground service that can take up to 6 days to deliver. Each service has a different cost, depending on the weight and delivery day requested. Texas Home Base is not responsible for the piece once it leaves our offices.
UPS, like Fed Ex, offers several choices of services. UPS does give a tracking number.UPS Overnight will be delivered the next day. UPS also offers 2nd day, Saturday delivery, and a ground service. We will always follow your instructions on where and how to ship your mail. You have the choice to use any of the carriers and any service that they offer. Remember that if we are sending mail internationally by the USPS once the mail leaves the us it becomes the responsibility of the country it enters. Do not send mail through the USPS if you do not trust the international country’s postal service. Once the mail leaves our offices Texas Home Base has no control of the mail and can’t be responsible for the piece(s).
